Data controller

Full name, Turkish ID number, date of birth, IBAN, mobile phone, city; panel session records; earnings, payout requests and agency records.

Purposes and legal bases

Identity and age verification, preventing duplicate accounts and cheating (KVKK art. 5/2-ç, 5/2-f),
making the payout, accounting and tax duties (KVKK art. 5/2-a, 5/2-c, 5/2-ç),
panel security and account management (KVKK art. 5/2-f).

Retention and security

Identity and bank details are stored as one encrypted record (AES-256-GCM), masked on screen, and every view by the administrator is logged. Retention period: [legal period – to be confirmed with the accountant / counsel; usually 10 years for payment records].

Transfers

To the bank for the payout; to authorities and the accountant for tax and legal duties. No transfer abroad. [To be verified.]
