Payout rules

• Age: 18 or older.
• Identity: The Turkish ID number, date of birth and IBAN must be approved by GameOmbi before a payout.
• IBAN: Payouts go only to a Turkish (TR) IBAN opened in your own name; no accounts in another name, no foreign IBANs, no cash.
• Minimum: Withdrawable diamonds must reach the minimum shown in the panel (diamonds worth at least 1000 TL; 33,334 diamonds at the default rate).
• Frequency: One request per week at most; one open request at a time.
• Rate: 1000 diamonds = 30 TL (default, adjustable). The rate at the time of the request applies; the amount in the panel is an estimated gross amount.
• Withholding tax: 15% income tax withholding (20/B) may apply by law; the net amount is paid after it. [Rate and legal basis subject to the accountant's confirmation.]
• Manual payment: The system never sends a payment automatically. GameOmbi reviews the request, makes the bank transfer by hand and writes the reference in the panel. Time: [draft – number of business days to be set].
• Rejection: If a request is rejected the diamonds return to your account. Fake gifts, multiple accounts or mismatching account details are reasons to reject.
• Test diamonds: Diamonds from test (sandbox) purchases cannot be withdrawn.
• Refunds: Pending diamonds that come from purchases refunded by the store can be taken back.
