Host and agency terms
DRAFT – awaiting legal review. This text is not binding until counsel approves it.
1. Scope
These terms cover the use of the GameOmbi Host Panel by people who receive gifts in GameOmbi voice rooms ("hosts") and by agencies that group hosts. The panel is for adults (18+) only.
2. Diamonds and payouts
- A diamond is an earnings unit that comes from gifts a host receives. Coins, Bonus coins and game chips have no cash value.
- Diamonds stay pending for the hold period after a gift (14 days by default); they can be reversed after a refund or a violation.
- A payout request is possible only for hosts whose identity check is approved, under the rules on the "Payout rules" page.
- The TL value of a diamond is set by GameOmbi and may change; a payout uses the rate at the time of the request.
3. Identity and bank details
A host must give correct details registered in their own name. Someone else's identity or account cannot be used; one Turkish ID number works for one account only. False details can lead to account closure and loss of pending earnings.
4. Forbidden behaviour
- Sending circular or fake gifts between your own accounts, acquaintances or accounts of the same agency to create earnings,
- opening several accounts, automation or cheating,
- selling coins or looking for buyers (reseller structures),
- asking for any fee, deposit or share to enter an agency or from hosts,
- organising agencies in tiers (multi-level structures).
On a violation GameOmbi may restrict the account, cancel pending diamonds and stop a payout.
5. Agencies
- An agency has one level; to create one you must be an approved host and GameOmbi must approve it. Creating and joining is free.
- The agency commission is 10% of the payouts of its hosts (adjustable); GameOmbi pays it, it is never deducted from the host.
- Gifts between members of the same agency above 50% of a host's monthly diamonds are left out of the commission and reviewed.
- A host can be in one agency at a time; there is a 30-day wait between joining and leaving.
6. Tax
The tax duty on earnings belongs to the host. Withholding tax required by law may be deducted from the payout ("Payout rules").
7. Changes and disputes
